The Apollo Residence is a spacious ground-floor home currently under construction in the village of Dilinata, on the island of Kefalonia, Greece.
The project consists of a large single-level residence with a basement level of auxiliary use. The basement was designed primarily to accommodate the natural elevation differences of the plot and to support the overall structural requirements of the construction. At the same time, it creates valuable additional space that can serve multiple supportive functions.
The architectural approach ensures functionality, structural efficiency, and optimal use of the terrain, resulting in a well-balanced and practical contemporary home.
